Opting Out (STOP). You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt in again.

Help (HELP). Reply HELP to any text message you receive from us for assistance, or contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.

Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers.

No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as customer-support providers, CRM platforms, and SMS service providers like Twilio or HighLevel) is permitted solely to operate the messaging program. All other categories of information exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors that perform services on our behalf — for example, hosting (Vercel), CRM and SMS delivery (HighLevel, Twilio), email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are contractually required to safeguard your information and use it only to perform services for us.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Legal & safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • With your consent. When you direct us to share information with a specific third party.

As stated in Section 4 above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstance.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it. SMS opt-in records and consent logs are retained for as long as required by applicable law and carrier guidelines.
